Sekiz uygulamasını ("Uygulama") kullanarak bu kullanım şartlarını kabul etmiş olursunuz.

2. Uygulamanın Amacı

Sekiz, klasik Magic 8 Ball oyuncağından esinlenen bir eğlence uygulamasıdır. Uygulama:

• Yalnızca eğlence amaçlıdır
• Rastgele cevaplar üretir
• Tavsiye, yönlendirme veya profesyonel danışmanlık sağlamaz

3. Sorumluluk Reddi

ÖNEMLİ: Sekiz tarafından verilen cevaplar tamamen rastgeledir ve herhangi bir gerçeklik değeri taşımaz.

• Uygulamayı önemli kararlar için kullanmayın
• Tıbbi, hukuki veya finansal kararlar için profesyonel danışmanlık alın
• Uygulama sonuçlarına dayanarak alınan kararların sorumluluğu kullanıcıya aittir

Uygulama 4+ yaş grubu için uygundur ve tüm yaşlar için güvenlidir.

5. Fikri Mülkiyet

Sekiz uygulaması ve içeriği telif hakkı ile korunmaktadır. İzinsiz kopyalama, dağıtım veya değiştirme yasaktır.

6. Güncellemeler

Bu şartlar zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Güncellemeler uygulama mağazasında yayınlanacaktır.

7. Uygulanabilir Hukuk

Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına tabidir.
